Dr. John T. Harrington

"I was born in Butte, Montana. I grew up with Evel Knievel's children enjoying a pretty great childhood. My parents were both educators, and were challenged with 8 girls and 2 boys (10 total children). I received a good parochial education, and quickly after high school joined the all-male submarine service of the U.S. Navy.

I traveled around the country to various schools (San Diego, Chicago, Florida, Idaho, Hawaii) before being stationed at Mare Island Naval Shipyard of the USS Seawolf.  I married a Vallejo native in 1982. We have two girls, who each got married in 2007! It was a busy year!  And in 2010, I became a proud grandfather!

After my Naval service, I entered and graduated chiropractic college and began practice. I have practiced continually in Vallejo since graduating 22 years ago.

I am a general practitioner DC with specialty in Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique. The Activator is a low-force method that is very precise and utilizes a small instrument instead of using manual, high-force, traditional methods.

By combining massage, therapies, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, chiropractic has remained at the top of the list for patients' satisfaction and clinical results.  If you've never been to a chiropractor before, our practice is worth a try!
