Insurance

Health Insurance plans we accept include:
  • Landmark 
  • Western Health Advantage 
  • United Healthcare
  • Sutter Select 
  • UMR
  • Blue Shield 
  • Medicare

​Please be advised our office policy is to collect payment at the time of service. Depending on your insurance plan, we may be able to bill as out-of-network and have your personal health insurance  reimburse you directly.

We may also bill Out-of-Network for the following Insurances:
  • Anthem Blue Cross
  • Cigna 
  • Aetna

Out-of-Network billing means that, while we do not have a contract with these insurance carriers,  that our office may still submit medicals bills with the patient's specific plan information.  When this is done, all services provided will be billed as going towards any plan deductibles associated.  Once proccessed, the insurance carrier will pay the patient directly any money that is owed. 

Medicare

As of September 2022, our office has begun re-accepting Medicare for Medical Billing.  Our office is a Part-B Participating Provider for Chiropractic Care.  Unfortunately, this often does not include coverage for massage, ultrasound, ice packs, as well as a variety of other soft tissue services and medical devices.  Please be advised that we will need to take fresh copies of all insurance card information in order to begin utilization.  This will include any secondary plans that you may have.  We do not accept Kaiser Senior Advantage or Kaiser as a secondary to Medicare.  Please call our office with any questions.
