​I have a degenerative disc in my back and two bulging discs in my neck, and that can make it rough sometimes working as a lineman, but these guys keep me going. Dr James uses the body scan method and can pinpoint where things are out of alignment and make the necessary corrections with the Activator which makes micro adjustments, or he can do a good old fashioned manual adjustment. I usually opt for the Activator, unless I feel the need for a little more and go with a manual or drop table.

​All the massage therapist are good and have their own unique style. I have also had my back taped, which has surprisingly helped. So there are a lot of options to get your body working and feeling better.
