Insurance is welcome, but please be advised the our Office Policy is to collect payment at the time of service and have insurance company reimburse you directly. We are happy to fill out all forms and bill your insurance for you.


For most insurances, we are an out-of-network provider.
If you have out-of-network provider options, you will pay for service with us and be reimbursed by your insurance company per their plan for you.


Medicare
We are a Part B provider, which is a non-participating provider. If you have Part B as an option for providers, you will pay Vallejo Chiropractic at the time of service and we will bill Medicare for you so that you can be reimbursed per their plan.


Note that Medicare only covers Chiropractic manipulations - not massage, biofreeze, ice packs, back braces or any other accessories you may need.


Kaiser Permanente
We offer a discount for patients who have chiropractic coverage on their Kaiser plan, but we offer them in visit packages of 5 or more.
